Perfect strength building tool.

My son trains hours a day he is crazy, deadlifts 165 has a 60 mph slap shot at 11 years old. During summer he shoots thousands of pucks. Winter we focus on hard edge work and less shooting. The temperatures are sometimes-30 and colder so after a great skate we train at home. This item is very helpful to build strength, I recommend shooting to failure then rest 1 or 2 days. When training strength its important not to do the same areas multiple days in a row. Trust me like I said my son has 60mph shot and he is 70 pounds. Good luck and when we are camping this year my son will be shooting pucks.Thanks so much for the item.
